MEET OUR TEAM
Dr Swapan Kumar Sinha
Director (Technical) of DRT
PhD in Biotechnology from Gauhati University in 2000 having 27 years of experience in Forestry, redox biology, phycoremediation and waste management. Dr Sinha has worked at various capacities in National Afforestation and Eco-Development Board, Government of India; State Forest Research institute, Itanagar; Manipur University and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), Delhi. Dr Sinha has recently taken voluntary retirement from TERI after serving 20 years at the capacity of Senior Fellow and Area Covenor to initiate the LLP for customized research solution to the potential clients in the field for academics, Research and Development organization, health care and government departments. Dr Sinha is now Director (Technical) to the DRT.
Mr Hiranya Thakuria
Director (Administration) of DRT
MSc, MBA. Well experience in instrumentation and Reactants requirements for Research and Development sector. Mr. Thakuria has Experience in setting up of covid19 diagnostic BSL3 labs in Nagaland. Taken voluntary retirement from ThermoFisher Scientific to initiate the LLP for customized research solution to the potential clients in the field for academics, Research and Development organization, health care and government departments. Mr. Thakuria is now Director (Administration) to the DRT.
